Shipping Times

We ship to over 256 countries worldwide. Depending on your location, your order may take different times to arrive. Here are the estimated delivery times for some of the regions we ship to:

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and do not include possible delays due to customs clearance, weather conditions, product storage or other factors beyond our control. 

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping for orders over $20. For orders under $20, we charge a flat rate of $6.99 for standard shipping. Please contact us if you encounter the payment issue. Or if you want the express shipping.


Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on our website on the carrier's website.

Returns and Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Nurati. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it to us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with the original packaging and tags attached.

To initiate a return, please email us at with your name, order number, and reason for returning the item. We will provide you with instructions on how to send the item back to us and process your refund.

Please note that you are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that we receive your returned item.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will address these issues on a case-by-case basis and do our best to offer you a satisfactory solution.
